Excellent Case for LEGO Creator Porsche 911

Just received my case and I put it together right away. Wow I am impressed, having used other cases (from top provider from the other side of the pond) these USA made cases are better. Easier to assemble, the reason.... and can you say phillips screws? I don't know what fascination the European's have with straight slotted screws but phillips head screws are far batter for this application. Also the idea of installing the square screw holders to the front and back plates first is.... well, superb. Makes assembly both faster and easier. The included screwdriver is a nice touch and I appreciate the included acrylic cleaner solution as well. The white cotton gloves.... save the cost, they are not needed.
The base comes in two plates that snap together with magnets. Not as positive fit as the European counterparts but, unless you are constantly and roughly moving your displayed models, it should not be an issue. The stand for the display snaps on the base securely and is well designed for this model.
Overall a very nice case, solid, and functional. Less expensive than overseas cases and they arrive in far far less time.
